Hello there, I’m Miaya! I work with adults and teens who have trouble with everyday stressors and are ready to make a change . I strive to be an authentic, kind, warm therapist that can help you feel more present in the moment and actually enjoy it. I provide care for those experiencing a lot of pressure, emotions that feel out of control, and feeling stressed in life.

My Approach

When humans experience anxiety, it may feel like life is falling apart. My focus is helping people overcome anxiety and start to get back to living life. I’m on a mission to help people experience an empathetic, supportive space. I break down complex mental health concepts and turn them into helpful insights to help you get back to living life.
